David managed the refurbishment and subsequent rental of my terrace house in Paddington, which had been rented for 15yrs with little maintenance. He transformed it - nothing was too difficult. He dealt with all the tradespeople, was highly organised and very efficient. He was happy to work within my budget and timeframes.
