Small Projects – “Hard to get done”‍

This is how Silver Arrows started; we are able to help with those smaller jobs that are hard to find someone to do. This includes small carpentry repairs, tiling, plumbing, cabinetry, roof repairs etc. Many clients have started using Silver Arrows for these smaller projects to see how we operate before trusting us with larger more complex projects.

Plumbing

Domestic, residential, commercial, and large-scale hydraulic solutions. Our plumbing teams are practical, thorough and provide well thought-out solutions. Over the years we have solved significant hydraulic issues in single dwellings to large residential apartment blocks. We provide solutions that work and follow best practice.

Roofing/gutters/water ingress

Metal, tiled, slate, large scale to minor repairs. Leak detection — water is incredibly sneaky and over the years we have resolved water ingress issues that have bothered clients for years. We don’t give up.

We also offer complete roof re-builds and structural changes that may be required to ensure the sufficient flow of water on roofs and guttering systems.

Waterproofing/dampness

We have resolved major water ingress issues from failed membranes on balconies and rooftops. As certified Building Practitioners - Class 2 (unrestricted), we manage complete projects and collaborate with Hydraulic Engineers and other Certified Design Practitioners. We provide effective, practical solutions by using Ardex waterproofing products with sheet or liquid membranes, always following industry best practices.

Builds/renovations

We provide comprehensive building and renovation services, from bathroom and kitchen updates to extensions and new builds, with quality results tailored to your needs.

Access Anything – Abseiling, Scaffolding, Drones

Our teams provide reporting, repairs, and remediation on site.

Abseilers perform remedial work, support trades, and install or service anchor points.

We supply customised scaffolding for any project, including cost-effective stage builds.

Licensed drone pilots quickly assess buildings and roofs.

Cabinetry solutions

Storage solutions, wardrobes re-configured, kitchen refreshes, we think outside the box… literally.

Plasterers – renderers

Small residential to extensive large-scale projects. This is messy work however we are very neat and are mindful of occupants.

Carpentry

Manage window and door installations, balcony repairs/re-builds. Property updates/refurbishments: skirting boards, flooring, architraves. Design and construction of decks, pergolas, etc.

Painters

We handle projects of all sizes, from small residential jobs—mindful of occupants—to large-scale developments with a dedicated, detail-oriented team.

Engineers

We have an extensive network of Civil/Structural, Remedial, Hydraulic, Glass & Façade Class 2 Principal Design Practitioners that we partner with.

Electrical

Electrical services for both domestic and commercial properties, including homes and apartments. Lighting and power installations, switchboard upgrades, security system installations and emergency repairs.

Level 2 ASP electricians.
