David has helped over the last 7 years with property maintenance issues. He first began with helping tidy up and minor tasks with a company title property. Over the years he has helped maintain & oversee with his trade network the general upkeep, improvements in the building and has performed jobs for individual tenants. Over the last few years, he has assisted with significant projects such as roofing repairs, structural flooring issues, repairs from water damage, etc. He has been able to help us maintain our properties by offering trustworthy sound advice, quality work and attention to detail. Dave has been helping us improve our short-term rental property for about a year now and nothing has been too much trouble for him.
